MICHELLE FETVEIT

Michelle's roots are in rural Illinois, but she met her future husband while attending the University of Arizona. From the day she started dating the Montana native, he was sure to inform her that if she were to marry him, they would raise their family in Montana. He made good on his promise, and she moved to Montana in 2005. A secondary educator by trade, Michelle wanted to start a business to share the amazing community of Lakeside with the world. She has been managing Montana properties since earning her property management license in 2006. Michelle is involved with the community as much as possible to keep Lakeside the wonderful place it is to vacation, work, live, and raise a family.

DAVID FETVEIT

David is a third-generation Flathead native who returned to the Valley in 2005 after 10 years as a corporate executive for a national firm based in Phoenix. His background in real estate investing, business, and appreciation for the local dynamics provide an extensive and unique understanding of Flathead Valley real estate markets. David takes pride in his active involvement in the church and local community and is actively engaged in all of Montana's outdoor activities with his four boys –golf, fishing, hunting, and boating. He’s passionate about sharing Montana with those who love and appreciate what the Flathead has to offer. David is a licensed real estate broker, working with the same brokerage since 2007, joining PureWest Real Estate as an owner-partner in 2017. He has been recognized by the company as the Top Producer in Lakeside every year since 2010.
